Holistic therapies in a trauma-informed space
For women
For physical and mental balance and healing

My name is Anita Móricz, and I am a practicing holistic massage therapist since 2016. I got my qualification in Hungary and then settled in Ireland, where I decided to delve deeper into alternative healing methods, including sound therapy and energy healing. Ireland is also a place where my connection to Nature grew to be one of the strongest pillars of my life, it is a land that's very dear to me and I owe much gratitude to the transformations I was gifted there.
I started my independent work, which combines service and education to help people meet themselves more deeply. I am passionate about helping others, using an alternative, holistic approach, with a strong emphasis on the connection between emotions and the physical body. I combine my university studies of psychology with 10 years experience in bodywork, and I am currently studying kinesiology, through which I support my clients with a trauma-informed atmosphere.
My mission is for each and every one of my clients to leave the treatment room feeling more refreshed, balanced, and at peace than when they entered. I view this form of holistic therapy as an entry point for self-discovery and an opportunity to look inward and reconnect with ourselves in a loving way.
I cordially invite you to this experience.
Anita

"Our bodies communicate with us clearly and specifically if we are willing to listen."
This is my first time getting a massage, what should I expect?
What I generally recommend, especially for those who may be having a holistic treatment for the first time, is to try to quiet their thoughts; to be present with themselves, with their breath, and to shift their focus from the wandering of the mind to their bodily sensations. You don't have to try this convulsively, but it is worth observing during the massage, the touch of the therapist's hands on the skin, the surrounding scents, the temperature of the oil or lava stones, and allowing the sounds and vibrations to take you on an inner journey.
A safe space where you can be yourself
In the safe space that I offer during my sessions, there is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a natural part of the process that the body and mind react in different ways. I invite you to not suppress them, but to allow yourself to experience these feelings. The deeper you can go during the session, the greater the chance that feelings stored in the body or subconscious can surface. In this space, all feelings are welcome, from giggles to tears.
The conversation during the treatment is also based on your preference, but I encourage you to try to quiet your mind after a short conversation so that the treatment can have an effect not only on the physical but also on the mental level. I look forward to hearing your experiences and feedback after the session.
You may feel like you want to "help" me by holding your limbs or head during certain movements as I move, lift, or rock them. This is a perfect opportunity to practice letting go. :) I ask you to just relax your limbs during these movements and give me their full weight and control.
Please do let me know if you experience any physical discomfort, if you are cold or hot, if you are thirsty, if you would like to change the strength or dynamics of the massage, this is always an option, as your treatment is all about you .
